Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our major donor fundraising income by working with our current donors, whilst identifying new HNWI’s and businesses to convert into regular, major donors.

Job Description
As Business Development Executive you will:
- Lead on major donor and corporate fundraising;
- Identify and research new major donor prospects, both HNWI & businesses;
- Convert prospects into regular donors through our giving programme, the Investors Club;
- Deliver exclusive engagement events to both cultivate prospects and thank current donors;
- Support with other fundraising events across the Foundation when required.
Person Specification
As successful candidate you will:
- Have a passion for charity fundraising, to help transform the lives of young people;
- Have experience in identifying and converting corporate sponsorships;
- Have experience in using CRM systems to build and maintain a prospect pipeline;
- Have experience of innovating and implementing new ideas to drive fresh income;
- Have the ability to build relationships with HNWI, corporate clients and other general stakeholders.
