Salary: £13.15 - £20.00 per hour depending on qualification
Hours: Evenings on Mondays (Bromley), Wednesdays (Croydon) and Fridays (Croydon)
Contract: Sessional

Job summary
We are looking for highly motivated football coaches to deliver engaging football sessions across our girls pathway. You will be responsible for planning and delivering informative team coaching sessions, and will join a team of experienced and dedicated coaches, developing the next generation of female footballers.

Job description
As Girls Football Coach you will:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, movements and techniques, implementing fun and engaging practices that promote player development and enjoyment of the game;
- Manage and coach teams during matches and tournaments, ensuring all players receive equal playing time and experience, providing tactical instructions and encouraging positive sportsmanship;
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents and other coaching staff;
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during training sessions and matches, adhering to Foundation policies and procedures;
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development.
Person specification
As successful candidate you will:
- Have experience in coaching girls football, ideally within a talent development environment, with a proven track record of success;
- Be an FA/UEFA qualified coach, ideally at Level 2 or above, with in-date FA First Aid and Safeguarding Children qualifications;
- Be reliable, organised, flexible and wiling to learn;
- Be available for evening, weekend and/or holiday work.
