Job Summary
Are you an individual with a proactive, innovative mindset? We are looking for a new member of our Fundraising Team to drive unrestricted income through donations, our large-scale fundraising events, matchday fundraising and various other fundraising channels, in aid of supporting our work in south London.
The ideal candidate will support community fundraising; they will be an excellent communicator and networker who can build relationships and increase income through various tactics.

Job Purpose
- Lead on and secure new single and regular donations for Palace for Life
- Ensure all donors and fundraisers are cultivated through a supporter journey
- Recruit participants for Palace for Life fundraising events
- Support the planning of Palace for Life events
- Work on every Crystal Palace F.C. men’s first-team home matchdays throughout the season and agreed women’s fixtures to generate donations from the fanbase using a variety of tactics (leading a small team of volunteers) Time off in lieu provided
- Be the face of Palace for Life on matchdays, turning fan energy into donations
- Connect with Palace fan groups and local businesses to spread the word of Palace for Life and encourage donations and/or participation in fundraising events
- Lead and maintain the Palace for Life matchday lottery
Job Requirements
- Have a passion for charity fundraising, to help transform the lives of young people.
- Have experience in fundraising or a role with transferrable skills.
- A skill for networking, able to convert casual fans into committed donors.
- Have experience in using CRM systems to track, build and maintain supporter relationships.
- Be proactive and innovative to implement new ideas to drive fresh income.
- Have the ability to build in-person and online relationships with donors, event participants, volunteers, HNWI’s and other general stakeholders.
