Football Development Coordinator - Post 16
Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: 1-year (with possibility of extension)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced coordinator and coach to oversee the development of the growing Post 16 College football programme. The role will entail building relationships with schools and grassroots clubs to aid recruitment across multiple sites, delivery of sessions and fixtures throughout the season alongside working with the U16 player development squads to promote progression within the player pathway onto the college programmes.

Job Description
As Football Development Coordinator you will:
- Plan and deliver creative, active and engaging football sessions based on the designed syllabus.
- Organise training and fixtures for squads during the season including referees, travel and pitch hire.
- Form positive relationships with all key partners involved in the programme including schools, teachers, grassroots clubs, parents and CPFC Academy;
- Lead on player recruitment across the boroughs to fill squads at all venues;
- Support at a variety of events throughout the year, including school tournaments and festivals, and holiday courses out of school term;
- Deliver weekly sessions within the Player Development Centre programme in the evenings twice a week.
Person Specification
As successful candidate you will have:
- A passion for working in Post 16 College football and using sport to change young people’s lives;
- UEFA B qualification in football
- Experience of recruiting players within the post 16 college football setting with a proven track record of achievement;
- The availability to work a minimum of two evenings per week.
